If the parcel is visibly damaged, you should refuse it at the delivery or accept it with reservations.
If you happen to discover the damages after accepting the delivery, please make a list and take pictures of all the visible damages and contact us at email@example.com. We will take care of the exchange or replacement if the situation justifies it.
In the case you would not like to keep your order, you can return it to us within 14 days after reception. The shipping will be at your expense. If you want to process a return please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will give you instructions on the process.
